Membership Classifications

Something For Everyone

There are three types of Memberships available at Ivy Hills. A summary of each classification with links to the specific benefits are listed below. All membership classifications include the primary members spouse and any children under the age of 23 and living at home.

When two families join together receive a 10% discount (each) on initiation.  Join with three or more families and get 20% off initiation!!




  • Social Resident

    • Although residency in Ivy Hills is not a requirement to be a Member, all residents within the Ivy Hills Community are required to carry, at minimum, a Social membership to Ivy Hills. Given this requirement, there are some added benefits offered to resident members that are not listed below. Resident members are asked to contact the Clubs General Manager for more information.  Residents live in The Estates of Ivy Hills, The Clusters, The Sanctuary, and The Villages.

  • Social Non-Resident

    • Benefits include tennis, swimming, dining, fitness and all social events at Ivy Hills.
      Social Memberships do not have full golf course access. Social members may play Tuesday - Friday and weekend afternoons for a reduced greens fee.  Golf is limited to a maximum of 6 times annually per membership.

  • Full Golf

    • Membership provides all of the Social Membership benefits of tennis, swimming, dining, fitness, and all social events at Ivy Hills plus family golf access. There are no day or time restrictions on when or how much a Full Golf Member may play golf, they simply pay a cart fee should they elect to use one.

      Initiation Fee:
      $10,000 ($5,000 Junior)
      20% off initiation if paid in full when joining      		 Monthly Dues:

      Junior Membership (35 and under)
      $315      		 Monthly Food & Beverage Minimum:
      $55
      Greens Fees:
      Full Golf Members pay no fee when playing golf.      		 Cart Fees:
      Cart are always optional at Ivy Hills, members may walk anytime they like. Should they elect to use a golf cart, the fees are as follows.      		 Nine Holes: $16 
      Eighteen Holes: $26
  • Unlimited Golf

    • Membership provides all of the Social Membership benefits of tennis, swimming, dining, fitness, and all social events at Ivy Hills plus family golf access. There are no day or time restrictions on when or how much an Unlimited Golf Member may play golf, their membership is all inclusive of all golf related fees.

      Initiation Fee:
      $10,000 ($5,000 Junior)
      20% off initiation if paid in full when joining      		 Monthly Dues:

      Monthly Food & Beverage Minimum:
      $55      		 Greens Fees:
      Unlimited Golf Members pay no fee when playing golf.      		 Cart Fees:
      Carts are always optional at Ivy Hills, members may walk anytime they like. Carts are included for everyone under the membership.
      Accompanied Guests:
      Unlimited Members may host up to three guests at no charge when playing Tuesday - Thursday.  Standard guest rates Friday-Sunday      		 Other Benefits:
      Priority tee times up to three weeks in advance.      		 Driving Range & Bag Storage:
      All provided at no charge to our Unlimited Members.
  • Golf Amenity Fee

    • All Full Golf and Unlimited Golf Members have access to the driving range and short game facility. This program allows the entire family with unlimited access to range balls at Ivy Hills. While Unlimited Members do receive this benefit complimentary, Full Golf Members do have a required annual fee of $300 for this amenity.

      In addition, all golf members are automatically enrolled into the Ivy Hills Golf Association at an annual charge of $100. This fee is used to subsidize golfing events throughout the season through added funding for both prizes and food and beverage for all events. 

      Both lockers and bag storage are available to golf members for an annual fee of $160 each; Unlimited Members receive complimentary bag storage as part of their membership.

Social Resident
