Championship Golf

From the Championship tees at 6,764 yards, the par 71 course can and will play much longer than the scorecard depicts.

At the same time three other sets of tees and generous landing areas allow every skill level of golfer to enjoy the challenge. In the final analysis, the length of the course is not the major factor in the level of complexity at Ivy Hills. The true challenge is in the abundance of elevation changes throughout the property, the variety of shot values into the green complexes, bunkering, large undulating greens, and the gusty westerly winds.

The golf course is as diverse as its scenery, yet tests every facet of the player's ability. With narrow fairways and firm, fast greens surrounded by dramatic and strategic bunkering, players quickly realize that all the shots are required to play Ivy Hills. Holes 10 through 13 make up what has become known as “Amen Corner” at Ivy Hills. If a player can successfully navigate this series of holes there are plenty of other opportunities to score. As a result, Ivy Hills is a thinking man's course. A player at the top of their game would be offered strategic and at times heroic options on every hole.

Ivy Hills is one of Ohio’s best-kept secrets. There are few places that offer beauty and uniqueness while testing the player to their highest capabilities. Ivy Hills is as finely balanced and strategically sound as it is challenging.

Men's Golf

The Ivy Hills Country Club Men’s Golf Association (MGA) plays an average of two events per month with three, two-day events per year as well as many season-long competitions. Events are divided between team and individual play. Through our tournaments, additional events and IHCC Handicap Program, we aim to further competition, encourage fair play and promote camaraderie among members of all golfing abilities.

Ladies' Golf

The Ivy Hills Country Club Women’s Golf Association (WGA) seeks to promote a fun, exciting season among friends of all golf skill levels and experience. The WGA offers 9 and 18-hole weekly play days as well as an active schedule consisting of both golf tournaments and social events. Individual and team tournaments are offered as well as several season-long events. Those new to the game are encouraged to participate in our beginner clinics offered throughout the season.

Couples Golf

Ivy Hills Country Club offers five monthly events for couples from May through September, these events are held on the second Friday of the month at 5:30 PM. Each event offers a unique format and sometimes course layout with one goal in mind, FUN! These events are limited to the first 80 participants and registration always fills up fast.

Junior Golf

Growing the game of golf through the next generation is a priority at Ivy Hills Country Club. The Club offers several junior camps throughout the summer as well as the opportunity to play on one of the two PGA Junior League teams. Juniors are also highly encouraged to participate in the Junior Club Championship and the annual Parent-Child Tournament.

Golf Lessons

Golf lessons are available upon request and students have the option of taking single lessons or enrolling in a series of lessons.

Golf Shop

The Golf Shop at Ivy Hills Country Club offers the latest and greatest from all of the top vendors in the industry. The shop stocks clubs and accessories from every major retail as well as offering custom fitting options with each. Clothing options are offered for men, ladies and children from designers such as but not limited to Adidas, Bette & Court, EP, Fairway & Green, FootJoy, Johnnie-O, Travis Matthew, Under Armour and Vineyard Vines.
